A producer that I know, from a multinational company in Dubai told me that they smoke inside the office, like in their tables, meeting rooms and everywhere surrounded by non-smokers. They mentioned base salary with commission, as they want to see growth in the next 3-5 years. There has been no talk of salary yet. What does a base salary for an EP with commission usually look like in this role? What should I be asking for? I don’t want to give up my current salary, but I think this job would be such a great fit for me. Advice?
