Deloitte USI is offering me 15LPA fixed and 1lack joining bonus and HCL offering me 23LPA fixed. I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Am I missing something? Don’t they offer you the opportunity to sell back the shares at $10 around the merge date? So max loss would be $0.12 per share on WPF (at current pricing) and $0.19 per share on AVAN?

I got call from tech Mahindra for selection on Friday But still waiting for any mail confirmation.

(1)How much time it will take to get confirmed selection mail and further process upto joining?
(2) They will call for salary negotiation or not?
(3) Upto what range they negotiate?
(4) What will be the salary negotiation range for 6 years experience person having 9lpa is the current package?

Done with technical round, HR round and also background verification. And got a call from HR for negotiation. But till now not received offer letter. It's been two weeks. Is it always like this in tech Mahindra?? Or should I consider I won't be getting any call back.
