How much were they offering? And what was the interview process like?
I got an offer for 130k out of grad school, 40 sign, 90 stock over 3-4 years
I just did a phone interview, though he said next step would be a day long interview in Cupertino. When I told him what I was looking for (current post MBA salary + 20k for moving to SF), he said he couldn't do that. They do offer a signing bonus and stock options that vest on a rolling schedule.
I thought the job itself sounded interesting but I encourage you to look at Glassdoor reviews for this exact position, because it seems like they work pretty hard. High turnover as well.
I did, recently. I noped out when they told me I'd have to take a pay cut
Didn't find the position online
Interviewed with their BPR team. Significant pay cut based on COL. Everyone I Interviewed seemed very clinical.
Interviewed twice Lol I think their recruiters have metrics for # of people to interview
