I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.
Please suggest Is it good idea to take HCL offer now after negotiating with Capigemini.

Does JPMorgan Chase blacklist if we accept their offer and don't join.

I've recieved an offer from Morgan Stanley, my previous salary was around 6 Lpa and last offered was around 15 Lpa (WFH), I quoted 40 to 45% on top of that around 22 Lpa considering Mumbai location, WFO and Glassdoor pay range.
Did I just do a mistake by quoting too high a number? Please let me know your opinions.

Package wise both are same.
Im confused to make a decision
Leadsquared is SaaS based company, i dont know if it comes under service or product company.!

Plus my main fear is, i heard we would be on bench, and if we do not get any project in 1 or 3 months, the they would kick us out.

My firm’s billable requirements aren’t super high at 1900, but the partner I work for has told me that she’d like me to bill 2200.I know there’d tons of ppl in BL billing close to 3k but I feel like this is way too much for my current pay. I started working for a bank and am going through the background check. They found an arrest which was dismissed and the file was sealed a few days after the check. They’re requesting the police report on top of the court order to seal. The police report is BAD. During the arrest (DUI) they wrote the report to make me seem like a complete lunatic. Embellished on several elements of the case. I am worried that giving them this report will cause me to be let go.
