One has about $19k of accumulated interest (I previously made an embarrassingly low amount of money), but the total is ~$140k. While the interest is still frozen, do I: 1) make payments on the $110k principal amount only to maximize driving it down; 2) make payments on the $140k principal amount only to maximize driving it down; 3) make payments on the $19k of interest on the $140k loan; or 4) ??

1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!
