We are looking to file something like an injunction injunction to stop a property sale. The property is owned by a sister and brother. Brother is deceased so it passed down to his children. The heirs bad no idea the aunt is trying to sell. Can we file some type of injunction?

In CA: PC bought condo while with gf, then quitclaimed it to her via quitclaim deed and sold it to her for $100k, which they put in writing. Fast forward they broke up and PC tried to get his $100k from her and filed suit but her attorney is saying that since he quitclaimed the property to her he has no rights including no rights to the breach of contract claim. I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.
