I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Anyone live with a general plat exception rather than insisting upon the title company specifying the matters on plat which constitute exceptions?
