Ha ha ha ha, been telling it for the past 2 years on this forum to quit Bosch because those losers will keep finding new excuses to fill their own pockets at the expense of employees. Recently when they announced ASR delayed from Jan to Jul, I had told multiple times they wont give ASR in Jul either, they'll just use that time to find more excuses to fire people and avoid giving hikes.
They know that at least 90% people will break their stupid rule at least once. Because kids will fall sick, or parents will fall sick, or you will yourself fall sick, or there will be some family function, or some festival for which those beggars don't give official holiday, or some other personal work to complete. So even if you need only one hour for personal work, either apply entire day leave (and then work from home anyway because you so-called Engineering Manager loves to have German's p* in his a*), or give up your ASR. Either way, the Bosch katora holders will legally steal your money.
When a house is on fire, the so-called leaders are looking for new sources of petrol instead of using their defective brains to put out the fire. 😂 😂
About 10-15 people took my advice (maybe more, but they didn't tell me directly) and found better jobs. But a few brainless "loyal Boschlers" also abused and insulted me. So I hope now those people can voluntarily donate their full salary back into the Bosch katora. 🤣 🤣
Anyway, I don't care what those useless uncle aunties do, I will continue with my mission to save as many people as possible.

@Bosch 1 What do you mean tips to shift job? You apply for job openings to other companies, go through their hiring process, get an offer and submit your resignation at Bosch. But you know that already so it's unclear what you're asking.
Hi! Completely off topic but can you guys pls refer me for the marketing role at Bosch?
Not sure on the layoff part. But ASR will be 0 even if you violated the rule for only one time!
How did you get to know of a specific number for ASR being between 8.7 to 9?
Anyway, there could be an impact on ASR if company policies are not followed. I don't think that it's well defined or publicized currently.
I'm a rookie here, what exactly happens in ASR, i can relate to this situation by the way.
@Bosch 3, what you said is conjecture.
But, an impact on ASR when not following company policies is not surprising.
Anyway, yes it's a very surprising shift in the way that they rolled out this policy.

Forget ASR, next those scoundrels will say, if you don't work from office, it will be treated as LWP (Leave Without Pay). After that, they will say, in the week where you missed this 4 day office nonsense, even that weekend's salary will not be paid. So if you miss one day WFO, you will lose 3 days worth of salary. And after that, they will withhold salary of that entire week.
Meanwhile, Dathoo, Surechor, Sriram Television, and all the other frauds at the top are filling their own pockets, and here ordinary employees are asking about 1%-2% ASR.
