Anyone used the Genie (MeetGenie) app for freelance jobs? It used to work well a few years ago but now nothing happens on it?

I want to get out of public sector consulting. I don't think I have been here long enough to keep the bad habits (2 years). ~6 years in industry before this. Non technical, organizational efficiency/operations excellence, leader. I don't mind consulting, but I want to move to corporate, any tips or referrals?
