So, I attended it yesterday and performed well by answering 90-95% of the questions. Even the interviewer gave good comments on my performance. I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

They are all technical. All of them could easily be very technical cloud consultants or cloud engineers.
Tl/Dr. If you couldn't get hired as a cloud engineer or cloud consultant - you probably can't become a PM

Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.

Instead, they have decided to pursue program manager or cloud consultant roles, which they feel might have a lower barrier to entry from an assessment standpoint. Not sure if the bowl agrees but would like to get your thoughts, thanks!
