Applied to McKinsey for an analyst role with a referral and didn’t even get a screening call, just straight rejected. How do you not feel beyond dejected when you thought you had a reasonable app (at least one that could have gotten a screening call)🥺

2. Airbus - 23 CTC + 5 L JB
I really wanted to work with Airbus but they are not budging from the offer of 23 even after I told them I have a better offer from Genpact with better position. HR said they will come back..

Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?
