Salary Increment based on previous year performance is applicable from following year 1st March.

Bonus for previous year performance is given in following year March salary.

Anyone joining before 1st Oct is eligible for Salary increment in following year March (Pro rata basis).

Anyone joining before 31st Dec is eligible for Bonus in following year March (Pro rata basis)
