Deloitte is 15% less for most regional offices, means pay is pretty good in places like Leeds, Cardiff, Belfast, Birmingham. Not so great in places like Edimburgh, Bristol, Manchester.
Baringa have a Newcastle office (we work), and a Birmingham office (a property one). Expect 10% less in salary to be non-london

I’m C1 on £76k in Leeds. I feel C2 is equivalent to big 4 SM but technically that’s D. I don’t work in Invent but I think they will get a little more than me.
KPMG you’re looking at a 2-3k less for regions which is nothing compared to the cost of living difference
Similar for M, no difference at SM and D
