I’m looking to understand the average consulting manager salaries up there? Been in London for 4 years at C level and looking to move North.

Have been looking at consulting jobs still and it’s mainly Big4/Accenture up there. I’d be keen to know any other firms worth looking at.

Is the MBB name really worth it over Big4, T2, Boutiques in terms of exit opps?

Would love to hear from experienced hires who have insight into both types of exits (MBB vs other) to better comp and wlb (tech is ideal but any industry works).

I know type of case work factors heavily into opportunities but how much does the MBB name really open? Is that name recognition worth leveling down to grind for another few years?

Got an offer for M level at Deloitte UK for one of engineering teams. Need to know the wlb for folks at this level and any other advise that you would like to pass on

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
