My salary was 3.8 LPA at the time of interview(it became 4LPA from August) and i asked for 6.5 LPA Need advice on whether or not to expect the Offer Letter in hand once 3 weeks are over? Depends on the piercing.
Nah. As a client I would appreciate the sentiment of having a literal bull working on my behalf
Yes
Small stud isn’t distracting. Nose ring… we’re probably not there yet in the business world to accept that.
It’s 2021. Anyone who judges their talent by the way they look are fucking living in 2001. Fuck em
In general I would say yes. But I think if nose piercing is common in certain ethnic group (I am thinking Indians for example), I think it would be more acceptable. I could be completely wrong though 🤷🏻. Any fish of Indian descent care to comment?
Another Indian commenting - I disagree with the person above. Yes, it is accepted since it is part of our culture. I wear a stud and never has it come off as unprofessional.
If you have to ask it’s usually a no. I’d say stud allowed for female and nothing for male.
You will not gain clients because of it, but you might not gain as many as you would without. No upside only downside but it is 2021
Have a female colleague with one (small stud). No issue but I think she may take out for external / client stuff (not positive - I haven’t really paid attention)
No
Stud is fine those nose rings aren’t
Yes
I’d say yes. That’s why I have my septum pierced.

Clear or small studs are ok in my book. It’s rare someone will complain if you stick to that. If it’s clear HR is more likely to have ur back about it
