I really do not want to buy or lease a car as the area I live in requires a garage spot to park. Is it realistic to believe that I can be a real estate agent in Chicago if I rely on Uber/CTA?!

I’m 30 and my spouse and I want to save a million dollars in 15 years by age 45. I figured 1,000,000/15=66,666/yr need to save. To get to 66,666/yr, need to contribute:

-Roth IRA at 6000 x 2
-remaining $7833 x 2 in a brokerage account

Does this look good? Am I missing something? With discipline 2 people can save 1 million in 15 years?

Trying to decide on the HDHP Health Insurance. Basic vs. Premium. Benefits says the two are equivalent in coverage except three differences - deductible $3K premium vs $3.5k basic, no monthly payment for basic and no $2K company contribution for basic HDHP. Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?
