My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.

Talent outcomes are a regular occurrence, 5-10% are cut, as part of “performance reviews”.
There also are layoffs going on right now across the business. Business is down. Roles were eliminated and the people in them have a month to leave.

They get rid of us in the US for no reason at all. Those exiting this month are not performance related. However even when they say it’s performance rated, it’s not really.
