So much to love about this one.

Anyone interested in career help? 🙂
It’s worth a shot 😊
Anyone able to give me a referral for Facebook (Meta) or Google?
I am a paralegal with 8 years of experience in the legal industry (+ Fortune 500). I was just diagnosed with a serious health condition and I’m looking for new remote position, that is challenging and offering high pay and benefits. Facebook (Meta) & Google currently have openings for positions that align with my skills. I kind ask that you simply share some tips, if you are unable to offer a referral. THANKS!

Yeah let me just explain my whole job in a few bullet points
I spent years teaching myself these things to become the AD I am today. Also if they hired you solo as a writer, they’re not worried about your deck. I’d focus on what they hired you for.
CWs seem to have it so much easier. This is something I observed during my 4 years as an art director. It was nothing for copywriters to simply write a paragraph in each slide on a deck for their idea. It was me as an AD who had to comp up images made from 5 or more images for each slide. Because while a simple, sometimes bulleted paragraph sufficed for the copywriter, many creative directors would accept nothing less than the Sistine Chapel from the art director.
One of the best guides to designing a deck:

You probably don’t need to go that far.

Midjourney can fill in the rest.
Thanks so much. It's helpful to know Midjourney still seem to be the go-to of choice.
To be honest, it’s a lot like this:
1. Photoshop.
2. Google.
3. Google.
4. Photoshop.
5. Photoshop.
Search YouTube for tutorials.
I think OP is looking for some helpful tools and resources for decks, not an explanation of how to do the job
Makes sense. One question. Can you help me write gooder?
Thank you to those answering so far, really appreciate you. Certainly not trying to oversimplify or do anyone's job, have always respected my AD partners. Just want to make a good impression freelancing in a tough market rn.
