I find it insane that recruiters have been calling me on Teams. How is that ok and not seen as disruptive?

Recent grad 4 months into job with a boutique (~50 People). If I know I want out, is it better to hold out for a year despite red flags and low brand recognition, or can I start floating my resume?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I have been talking to a recruiter for a little over a month about a position. I let her know out the gate that I really wasn’t looking to change jobs, but she just kept wanting to continuing the conversation. I didn’t have 2 interviews with the hiring coming and they know that I am not really looking to make a switch. They are now working on an offer letter and I know they’re going to offer me more money. I’m having my annual review this week. Any advice on how to handle a) job offer b) review?

During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients. Second round of interviews with a comm lit boutique where I would be the only associate with 5 partners. Other than partner track, salary/benefits, and switching from coverage to general comm lit, what qualities of the move should I be thinking about as I weigh my options? I've never worked at another firm.

Does anyone have experience working for a ALSP? How does compensation work (pay and benefits)? Are you an employee or technically an IC? Do you have billable requirements like at a firm? So the app description says this is where is can ask how much we should get paid. I work as an Associate in a boutique office. I work directly for the owner, we’re only 3 employees including her. What we do: we represent liquor license applicants in the process of getting a liquor license in NY. That includes filing the application and dealing with community boards or any other related meeting or hearing.
The office charges between 3.5k and 5k. Does anyone else has this job?? How much $$?
