As a Big4 Consulting Staff who wants to pivot to a new job for 2-3 years then go to business school, what kinds of roles should I be targeting/what would I be eligible for? I'm fine with starting over in an entry level role if it's a pivot. I'm currently in tech consulting but want to move away from technical/data work.

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. I code and bill all office visits for 5 orthopedic providers and all surgical coding/billing for 3 surgeons. I also do any transcription that is needed.
