As a female fresher planning to get in IT (full-stack + data analytics), is it actually better to accept a high-paying startup role with long hours, weak work-life balance, and possible bias, or choose a lower-paying stable company that may limit growth? Also, how much should safety, relocation risks, and workplace culture realistically influence this decision in 2026?
