As someone who is dyslexic and likes to use text-to-speech technology at work, I am very familiar with the ADA requirements and my rights. However, there have been certain employers / managers that have made my request easy and seamless. There have also been ones that have made it a challenge every step of the way.

Can anyone recommend an employer within the DMV that fall into the former category?

Any recommendations on a dining table that works as a desk during the workday? I've been wfh since covid started and live in a 1 bedroom apartment - my dining table is my workspace. The round shape doesn't work well for typing and it's not really the right height.
