At what point in a career can you expect to do less data gathering/generating reports and more time presenting analysis and solving problems? I feel like most of the time, I do the analysis but I rarely get the opportunity to present it to someone that isn’t my boss.

Depends on the organization but I would push your manager to give you those opportunities.

I agree with Finance Director 1—you have to push for those opportunities. Nobody is going to advocate for you but you. Talk to your manager about what comes next and when you can be the person solving the problems.

Cleared two round of interviews in EY and I got a positive response from the interview panel and indeed the senior associate from Talent Team called me and asked me,if I could join within a month and I answered that it's an obligation to serve the notice period of two month.

The Talent Team said they will get back to me and I am still waiting for their response.

Any luck or any chance that they would be releasing offer letter?

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know how long does Course5i take to release an offer, I cleared all rounds last friday and was going to get an offer from HR early this week (by Monday evening or Tuesday) but didn’t get any offer till now.

I loved the role and I am still excited to join the organisation so mailed a follow up to the HR yesterday but did not get any response till now. I do not want to follow up for the next 1-2 days since I feel it would be too pushy from my end.

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.

Current TC 103K [88/15], offer 125k base [+discretionary bonus].
