Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??
Hi Guys Deloitte Accenture Infosys I joined a startup 5years back they gave me salary as cash for starting few months because there company not registered after that they Deposit to my A/C, Now third party agency asking me to submit bank statement for starting month . I don't have form 16 OR PF . I worked there around 2years.
Now how to proof?

Hello all,
I'm currently working on azure cloud in Cognizant . I've about 1.4 years of experience now. I've got an offer from Axtria as an L1 Analyst. Could anyone please suggest if the change in field is worth it. Or should I just look for other jobs in cloud only? I will have to decide this at the earliest so please do help me with it.

Worse than admin is HR team.

• They have about as much authority as a vending machine. You can go to them with concerns, but all you’ll get is a polite smile and an enthusiastic “I’ll pass it along!”
• When it comes to backing employees, they’re like a broken umbrella in a storm—useless. They have no power to actually make decisions or influence anything important.
