Background: My boss oversees multiple franchises. They’re all doing well (none are losing money year over year), but one of the franchises is carried by the performance of the other two.

Task: He wants an analysis as to whether he should sell one franchise and focus on the two other franchises, or if he should keep the third franchise on. What sort of analyses could I put together to quantify whether he should sell or not?

Been 3 months since I joined Luxoft and I am assigned to a backward DXC project. The lead is oppressive and bossy. There is no work-life balance and 9:30 hours of work is not enough for them.
