Anyone have experience taking the GCP Machine Learning exam?

Hi, I have more then 2 years experience in Excel all the advance formulas and stuff as Jr. Analyst & Data entry Operator, Currently working as Customer Service associate in Amazon (2.8 LPA). Recently I have learnt basic SQL, R & Tableau through Google Data Analytics Certificate. Can I switch whith these skil sets or I have to complete some projects or Lear python for that?

Which subfields of engineering are going to show the most growth in the next ten years, in your opinion?

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Currently going to school for my cannabis certification but I rarely see any jobs that offer cannabis research. I currently work in a lab/greenhouse environment and would love to continue that line of work with hemp/cannabis. I am a senior Angular Developer with 7+ yrs of exp. I got an offer from EPAM Anywhere(not EPAM) with base CTC as 6 LPA and base+project CTC as 26 LPA complete remote work.
FYI if I go on bench I'll be getting only 50000/- INR per month instead of my 216000/- INR pm with working on the project.
Just wanted to know how EPAM Anywhere as a company is? What are the chances of someone going on a bench? Is it a good choice to select EPAM Anywhere at this stage of my career?
