Whats the process of initiating and getting the hike/bonus?

I joined IBM on last week of May 2022, was on bench till 20th November 2022 and got allocated to project on 21 November 2022.

Whom should I talk to regarding the hike/bonus? And whats the process like??

Hello Fishes, I've joined IBM last year( Oct 2021). Am I eligible for hike this year? If yes how much % can I expect? YOE - 4.2 years & pmr ratio - 1.12 band - 6B

My utilization went to 50 in IBM, I think I have taken paternal leave since it went down. My manager put my as PIP improvement goal in checkpoint.
Need to know how to bring this up and is that my job is under risk? Band 7b

How is my tax calculated, will IBM ask for my prev. comp Form16? (or my ctc is prorated for Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar)
at least for the 4 months of this FY I need full sal. in hand.

And recently got a better offer 21 LPA in hand.

My joining in ibm on 25th August..But I can join 4-5 days early. So I will ask hr to change my joining date 4-5 days earlier. So am I eligible for any joining bonus or can I ask hr about joining bonus? One other company providing the same CTC as IBM but with 1 lac joining bonus extra...TIA
