Birlasoft - 25L agreed on initial call. HR round pending.
Tech:Mainframe, YOE: 11.5
15 days notice left.
TCS asking for joining confirmation within 3 days.
Is it worth rejecting TCS, for 10% more package from birlasoft.

I have offer from Nagarro for 32 LPA(1.6 variable) and another from Turing of 34 LPA (2.5 Variable) I don't want to Join Turing, but can I negotiate with Nagarro based on Turing offer to increase my package? Or is it too risky since I don't have any other offer. What are chances if negotiation fails they(Nagarro) resind the offer?

But I have some points to mention
Rent is Bangalore is very high
I don't know about gurgaon I live in Noida
Bangalore has more opportunities and and clean environment than gurgaon.Gurgaon has too much pollution
Infrastructure of gurgaon is better than that of Bangalore ie better roads and traffic management
1 room set which is less than 1bhk goes for 16k rent
Was in Bangalore for 13 years. Moved to Noida. Better facilities for similar/lower rent. Far lower security deposit. Save a lot more time on travel. Close to family. I find the food better in general, although I miss those beautiful South Indian breakfast places(Darshinis, Sagars, Madurai Idli joints) at times.
Tradeoff: weather.
Don't have the present stats. At the time I was there, it was 12+ in places closer to offices in Whitefield.
Travel a bit farther, and they would be 7-12k.
I am in Bangalore now,apart from the traffic, infrastructure and house rent there is the water problem which is more severe, I have stayed in gated society and even there we were dependent on Tanker water during summer. I am shifting to Noida.
Guys anyone currently located in Bangalore can please help me with average rent for 1bhk? What will be the monthly expense for basic things?
