Bank of America I am being offered 26 fixed for 10.5 YoE in Java, Spring, MS and Oracle tech stack. This, despite my holding an offer for 28 (25+3). HR is not interested in even discussing a better offer and nor is she following up with me on what my expectations would be to consider taking up the role. What's the minimum role and compensation that I should be expecting from BofA for my experience and tech stack.

The 90k is also a new team so a lot of growth opportunity while the 72k is well established team. If this matters at all.

I can’t help but feel stuck in my career. I’m a licensed attorney in another country, but been working as a law clerk in a firm for about a year now. I was hoping to take the NY bar in February but the foreign law graduate restrictions won’t allow. Now, I have to wait till July! 5th September is my last working day at Infosys. Yoe=4+ yrs

I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
