Best work advice I ever got: Establish boundaries early and often. I get in at 7:30, I work hard, and I leave at 4:30. I enjoy my time off work and don’t worry about it on the weekends or during my vacations. But also go to happy hours and stuff, workplace culture and fitting in is important. What is the best work advice you have ever gotten?

Does PHR certification help in India, as this is globally recognised how much valuable is this currently in indian job market.
