Now a days seen many posts regarding on PIP , Earlier Bosch never did a single PIP and had a good job security.Now a days it's changed a lot and every year Bosch giving PIP to many candidates .this is only happen the persons who are not good with managers.if we escalate to higher management also no use as they support managers also .don't know how we change this .Bosch company should take care of all this .
Regarding to you , please complete the PIP tasks which they assign you and if they want to remove ,we can not do anything as they divided to remove if PIP tasks done also .
Better search job and leave the company.
Hr behaviour will change completely during PIP. they will treat you like a worst student in the school.
Yes, this is happening to persons who don't speak with managers and focusing only on their work. They can't put persons in pip if they have good bonding. It's not about how much work. Technically we can say - It's about 20% work and 80% how you discuss and present with your manager. Normally - If you don't know how to lick mangers boot they will throw you away. The thing is you should not accept whatever they say about you it will be complete lie and make you loose your confidence. What I suggest is now you understand there is no such thing called job security in Bosch. It's just a joke. You can attend as many interviews and increase your confidence get many offers and say good bye to your manager.
If you stil decided to do continue with pip nothing will happen they will get the job done and in the end they say you haven't completed the pip as expected and ask you to leave else they fire.
Bosch is not a good organisation for software professionals it is only for people who knows how to play politics.

Most of the people that I've spoken to they let you go after 3months. Pip is like 3months notice .but plz check with others as well
