Is there any time limit to avail relocation amount . I joined recently but currently working from home . Not yet planned to return to the office . So I just wanted to know if there is any time limit before I should get it or I will get the amount whenever I relocate.

Any company file GC on day 1 in NYC or NJ area or east coast. Maxing out in feb 2022 and on bench nothing is started. What I can do ? Please suggest. Skill set AWS/ DevOps/ Infra.

Spoken to a couple of people internally and the advice is to get on to projects with bigger budgets and therefore bigger teams/more support. I want to wait until I hit the one year mark before making a decision on whether Consulting is for me or not. Curious to hear from other experienced hires..how is/was your first year?

Anyone who has started up a side hustle whilst working in consulting - is it generally a good idea to let your employer know or will they make your life difficult/try to push you out if they know?
