Hi All, I am in so much dilema. Got a call from Infosys HR and a deal was struck at 28l. However it appears he is not getting approval for that number and I may be asked to consider 25l or 26l as lead consultant. Yoe 13.5 and tech stack is ETL technology, also have PM knowledge. I am not sure why the HR would say a number if he cannot get approval for the same.

If a Recruiter declines you or doesn’t choose to reach out, it is because the hiring team declined you, or you don’t have the experience. Hello! Need help. I got a letter in mail for Hyundai's car recall and was told to contact nearest Hyundai dealer. Upon calling, I was told that while it's a known recall, there is no remedy for it per the corporate site.

How to build on DSA and related stuffs. Opportunities after PwC exit is very good but most of them are focusing very much on Data Structures and Algo. Now the thing is common Java related data structures needed for application development are okay and Java frameworks are also fine but the next steps is where I am facing issue(non CS background with 4+ exp). I'm using data jpa to connect to oracle DB in our API.

We have one scenario when the DB is down, then also normal flow should work.

Although it is working fine, but when we are checking the logs it's taking more than 1 second just to identify that the DB is locked, this is not within our SLA.

In the normal case it's processing within 200 ms.

We're using Spring Boot, Hibernate, Oracle 19c

Please provide some valuable suggestions from our side
