What are expected salary ranges for an L5 or L6? Lots of data for Product Managers and Product Marketing Managers, but I'm assuming "Specialist " is a step below management

Who has most influence in hiring decision? What order would you put from most to least influence in decision. Hiring manager, team, hiring manager’s boss.

Any advice on a first year trying to transition from family law to in-house? I always thought family law was my path, and used to enjoy it, but it’s not the direction I want to head in anymore. I don’t think I even want to continue with any litigation work. I’m having a hard time finding firms that are hiring entry level associate positions that don’t require at least 3+ years experience in-house. Should I start at a business law firm to get experience working with corporations first?

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

Frustrated by EOY evaluations and lack of transparency from my manager. I was told when I started a new role in September that my metrics from these first months would not play a role in my raise. When following up with my manager about why my raise was 20k less than my colleague they told me it was completely based on my metrics when I know it’s based on having started in a different department. My metrics are the same as theirs and I do more above & beyond work. Do I stay?
