I have received offer from Shell and SAP labs is in final stage salary discussion. Shell is offering 6 lacs more than @SAP labs. I have tried to negotiate a lot from SAP but they are not ready. They are putting conditions like give your full commitment to join then only we'll release offer letter. I am currently looking for work life balance with growth. Should I join @SAP considering its a Product based and good WLB and learning? Teck Stack - Java/Micro-services/cloud YOE - 11yrs
Hi fishes,
Why TCS is so rude and self proclaimed kinda. I declined TCS offer last year as they were giving very less CTC. Now I got interviewed again with TCS and cleared all the rounds but they are not reactivating my ibegin portal for document upload since I rejected them last year...in this way u think they will never ever reactivate my profile.

Go carnivore. Not everyone can handle vegetables.
Try low FODMAP foods: https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/fodmaps-101
Make sure to rinse your veggies thoroughly. Usually the gas you get from canned vegetables is caused by the fluid in the can, not the veggie itself (especially beans!)

Ey1: too much used to cutting those fresh beans thyself and cooking with some avocado oil.. some lessons learned from wifey , so no canned beans in my household for sure
Gas-X
Is this just recently, since you’ve been trying to eat healthier? And if so, how long’s it been going on? I dramatically increased my veg intact and was...uh...concerned for myself, but after a few weeks my stomach adjusted and the gas went away. If this is a constant long-term issue, may help to make note of what you’re eating and the discomfort level to figure out if you have a harder time with certain foods? (This is how I realized I can never eat kashi cereal 😂)
Water!!!
Your body will get used to it in a couple weeks. Also avoid cruciferous greens and see if that helps (broccoli, kale, etc).
If you have to take medication to combat side effects from a food then are they really healthy 🧐🧐
Your body adjusting to something that it isn’t used to doesn’t mean that something isn’t healthy. Having to pee more because you drink more water or being sore and tired from going to the gym does not mean that you should stop doing these things. Eating a diet that is higher in fibre and is made up of mostly plants takes some adjusting but is better for you in the long run.
Gas-X, beano, etc.
Beano?
Stay away from starchy veggies
Eat meat
Vegetables have a lot of fiber and are recommend to eat. You'll be fine, take some over the counter medication.
Try testing out removing a particular veggie and seeing if it helps. Some people have that reaction to specific ones but not all.
Rising Star
Eat cooked veggies or blend them into a smoothie and see if that helps. Some times chewing them more thoroughly also works.
