I applied to Amazon job in LinkedIn . Got a mail to complete a Hacker Earth test from Amazon . But i felt not prepared and didn't even try it thinking i might fail and they might not shortlist me the next time when i apply again after preparing .
Do they track any data like who didn't attend the test so they can ignore them next time? Or if i prepare good enough and reapply again after 3 to 4 months would this cause any issue?

Fixed / 2080*no of hours
Does this means if we have a balance of 30 days I.e 240 hours then the amount will be more than one months salary before tax since the calculation is based on hours not days, is that the right understanding?
Max 45 days..total fixed/240* no of leaves
Max no. of days vary as per state rules..refer leave policies
Yeah, for Gurgoan it's 30 days max, just wanted to understand the payout calculation, will that be based in accumulated hours ?
In that case 30 days I.e 250 hours will have more than one months salary?
Is it taxable ??
In summary, its exempt upto Rs. 25,00,000
"Specified amount of Rs 25,00,000 is the aggregate amount allowed as an exemption irrespective of the frequency of leave encashment received by the employee by various employers. If an employee has utilised Rs 5,00,000 already at the time of first resignation, he is only entitled to use the balance of Rs 20,00,000 for the exemption computation next time. Hence, the overall employee is allowed a total exemption of only Rs 25,00,000 with respect to leave encashed from all employers."
Is there any policy document, to get clarity ??
@Accenture cleverly hided and not sharing the policy document to share the base for calculating the leave encashment amount
