Can anyone recommend enterprise level ETL tools? I work for SaaS that could make use of a robust ETL platform that clients also use to help with new migrations. Ideally something that helps perform file and field level mapping and validation

Our developers usually use Talend (project specific). It’s free and open source for on premise. The cloud version of Talend is expensive though, I think we’re paying ~$20k per user per year.

Depends on the workload. Informatica Cloud will have everything you need, but it's pretty pricey. Snaplogic and Talend are also big players.

It’s hard to trust the partners/leadership when they want us to return to office as being better when we increase offshoring? Also, the pressure on billable hours when all that really matters is how much our fixed labor costs vs. how much we can bill (which is usually fixed fee or at least a range) and the fixed labor costs of offshoring is significantly cheaper so the hours don’t matter. Am I mistaken by this viewpoint?
