Can anyone tell me, after document submission HR not confirmed rejection but what she is saying on call is I don't have open requisition for role that interviewed for, what does it mean actually? Does it mean they don't know what they interviewed for ? As they don't have job id they will not continue? How does it work in Barclays process? Anyone can explain?
