Can anyone tell me how to shift to foreign countries without doing masters or getting onsite opportunities. I want to shift to finland, amsterdam, denmark, like countries. I have 5.4 years of experince as salesforce engineer, currently living in Maharashtra. Just wanted to know how people do it as I have seen in linkedin that people have shifted to foreign countries.

Junior Associates - How much student loan debt are you and your peers in these days? A few young partners and counsel at my firm were discussing the student loan moratorium and most of us were convinced we could have paid the majority of our loans off with the bonuses associates got these last two years. But we are all old and when we graduated 150k to 200k was about the max student loan debt people graduated with. So educate me. What is the average student loan debt these days?

Currently a senior interested in consulting but a mix of coming from a non target and requiring sponsorship has me losing hope. Any recommendations on how to proceed with recruiting?
