I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

That’s good! They didn’t look at your book. Means it’s not you. And you shouldn’t take it personally.
I’m also desperately looking for a job, so I know exactly how you feel. But hang in there, you most certainly have better things waiting for you. I know it gets hard to believe sometimes, but you got this ❤️
All the best OP. I really hope you find a job soon.
Dont worry about it. Its only advertising. Everyone get turned down at some point. Pick yourself up and look up and get ready fot the next interview. Keep at it. It will happen believe me

The fact they didn't look at your book is a positive. That means its not an indictment of you or your abilities.
You still looking? I’ll look at your book.

Trust me, I’ve been there.
Had an internship pulled at the last second two years ago-it stung, bad. BUT I’m two weeks into my dream job doing something I never imagined I’d be able to.
Stay the course, it’ll work out ✌️.
Feels tough in the moment but move on and keep your confidence intact. I can’t tell you how many low-end agencies passed me up or mistreated me on my way to Burnett. Best of luck, you got this!
I’m an AD. Want to tandem? Let’s try as a concept team for hire.
Chin up and keep gettin out there! Just out of curiosity, how do you know they didn't look at your book?
Like others are saying, clearly it’s not you. They didn’t even look at your book. Something changed or they already had someone in mind. I sent my book to an ECD last year then got totally ghosted. Figured my book was shit. Turned out the ECD was let go, and my shit got stuck in limbo lol. Then I realized the role wasn’t for me anyway. Getting turned down in this role can feel so personal sometimes, or like you’re not good at what you do. Move on, make more good shit, and hopefully things will turn around. Wishing you all the best!
