Can HR ghost candidate even after salary discussion for Senior 3 positions, even candidate agreed on HR quoted salary? Or is it normal to take 2weeks time for mulitple approvals? HR is saying there is a delay from management and he will update on Friday regarding offer letter.

I applied to a part time masters program to try to pivot to a different technical field (still doing patent work, but in something that interests me more than what I’m doing now). I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.
