Anyone’s mental health affects their productivity for the whole day and you end up getting worse? Any strategies to control this?

Almost every day that ends with day...for me it's keeping a running list of things to do. I mark the ones that have be completed today, tomorrow, end of week, next week, etc.. my goal is always to close out my "today" tasks and if I have time I work at the rest.

I struggle with this as well. Even with a list, I can be completely overwhelmed and paralyzed. I’m also trying to find ways to deal and be productive.

Has anybody else experienced (what seems like) irreversible physical damage from working long hours? I worked about a month of 19 hour days 2 years ago (this was the peak of the season where I worked at least 12 hours a day) and my facial skin hasn't really recovered and the experience really aged me.

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. I’m so scared to let a relationship that gives me anxiety go because I’m 36 F and feel like I’m not going to find anyone else. He’s not a horrible person, but he can be inconsistent. When I bring it up to him he says he’ll try harder but then always goes back to default. In my company it seems like it’s a white boys club where and they just promote white ppl because they’re white.
