For those of you who build websites, how do you display your built sites on your portfolio site? Do you have a page where you mock up the site or do you do a direct link? I currently have both. I’m just trying to figure out the best way for me. Here is my site for reference. The links for the sites are in the menu and below in the gallery. Sarahbellestudios.com

Currently an acolyte in my parish. Am really passionate about the advisory work I do. I advise clients on delivering construction projects and have always thought of one day being able to help the archdiocese review their portfolio of church capital spend on refurb works. I always feel like churches need to raise funds and track targets, but I have also been thinking a lot lately that if the works can be done more efficiently, maybe they only need half of what they’re targeting to raise. I have helped clients achieve this successfully and hoping I can do the same and contribute to our churches. Don’t mind doing it as pro bono as long as I get to help. Just don’t know how to make the first step. Hence asking if anyone has any successful stories where they have done work for their churches/archdiocese successfully. My dream engagement is to work with the Vatican City doing what I’m currently doing. I know the Vatican appointed PwC few years ago on a financial audit so we already have a foot in there and the dream shouldn’t sound like pie in the sky

I don’t see how working for the Vatican/Catholic church is God’s work. Would rather help on-the-ground NGOs delivering drugs/vaccines more effectively more instance. Would look towards making an impact on KPIs that matter: saving lives vs. spending less in refurb work 🤷♂️
pl1, because church architecture helps impart the Catholic faith to the world. Church buildings have a responsibility to reflect Gods beauty.
After Vatican 2, churches resembled masonic lodges with no presence of God.
