What happens to remaining paid leaves and sick leaves after year end, that is 31st Dec. Do they lapse or get added to next year's leaves or is it compensated?

i) what is the precise path to partnership after director? Is it true that typically once someone is promoted to MD, that you’re generally not on the path to partner? Ive seen MD’s make partner and ive seen directors make partner. What is the difference in these paths and why?

ii) what is the compensation range for deals Managing Director in a Tier 1 city (NYC, etc.)

The offer has base salary (based on cohort - Tier 3 Home City) and sign-up bonus, but does not have the annual bonus structure for Director level at #PwC. HR lady said that they will give you that when you start. I would like that now (written format). She told me verbally the percentages but I do not recall them. Anyone from #PwC has that info in a PDF document?

My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because I was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for visa purposes) and tbh with the current inflation here I need that raise
