I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. I was recently approached by a big brokerage for a Client Manager position. I have imposter syndrome and don't think I am qualified because I dont know insurance coverages/mastered what a business would need for a particular industry (continued in comments..)

Just finished undergrad and started my job remotely. I’m back at home with my parents and noticed I’m lacking the drive I had in school/internships because I’m way too comfortable here.
