When is Havas going back to office?
Hi I’m a current Graduate student, hoping to get my foot in the door for Deloitte Healthcare Consulting, Accenture CDP, or EY specifically within Chicago Offices. Is there anyone open to connecting and speaking on their experience being hired? I have previous experience working prior to my degree so hoping to get insight on how I can best score an interview. If you’re also open to providing a referral that would be a bonus!

Any one familiar with comp for a Portfolio Associate roll at PIMCO on their mortgage backed securities team? I’m looking at an offer and want make sure I’m in line with the average comp for the company and industry. Only 4 months of experience and offer is 98k w/ 10-20% bonus plus 15k relo/ sign on. Looking at Glassdoor, bonuses seem higher than quoted by the hiring manager. (No written offer yet they say they’re still working on it)

It really depends. At my firm, we call our great candidates back within 2-3 days, but we’ve hired okay candidates a few weeks if there was a weaker candidate pool that year
If they say 2-3 weeks, then it's anytime starting now until three weeks. It varies by bank/firm, how their hiring operations are flowing, who has power to approve hires, etc. Don't worry about rejection until day 21. Reach out on day 22 to follow up and get an answer. Good luck!
I would say maybe wait 3 weeks and then follow up? I generally trust HR but I do feel like the market has been so crazy and ghosting is super common so important to have a follow up plan!
Possible to a month and i guessed you are referring to you last round of intv to offer and not your first round.
You should be able to see your status too in the career page.
For any future person reading this I got rejected
