1. How are Variable pay given? Mostly how much % do they pay generally? What factors matter for deciding % of variable pay?
2. How is ELRP paid? Is it paid always 100% of amount?
3. What is bonus? It is not in my offer letter? But i read various posts about bonuses? Is it festive bonus or what? 4. Do ZS Associates provide assistance for higher studies like MBA?

Mid-level associate at a mid-size regional insurance defense firm practicing coverage litigation. Salary is capped b/c my firm only does I.D./coverage and has no direct-hire comm clients.
