Can someone please confirm the Onboarding steps in Infosys. I have submitted all my documents in Launchpad and its showing 12/13. What will be the next steps?

1)Is any confirmation sent from Infosys after BGV is completed else how to know if BGV completed?

2) What are the steps after that? Is the Agenda mail sent by Infosys after this or any steps are there in-between doc submission in launchpad and agenda email sent from Infosys?

After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

I realized recently that I can turn my “super associate” persona at any time. I had it off during covid when my kids needed me and got a bad review. So now it’s back on. I’m responding to midnight emails (and daytime ones in under 20 minutes) and getting work done the same morning. I’m spending countless hours doing edits over edits. I actually don’t like super associate. Why do people live like this 24/7?!? 🤔

Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations.
