Can someone please guide me how much is the variable percentage in the salary structure for any employee who is at Grade 5? Also how much is the bracket for Level 5 as that’s what they are offering . What’s the minimum and maximum fixed one can ask in this band. Appreciate the guidance.

In my offer letter, nothing is mentioned about variable pay, but the recruiter had mentioned to me about 0-12% variable. Am I missing anything. Do they have any variable component in the salary or not.

Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.

In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?
