Would anyone recommend getting a certified diversity professional certificate versus a Cornell diversity and inclusion certificate?

Was at an event recently. Seems like advertising really only cares about diversity as it applies to white women. I think this industry wants to stay white.

It seems like every firm advertises that they support diversity and inclusion. What does your firm actually do in terms of mentorship or other programs for diverse attorneys and do you find it actually beneficial? My firm reached out about a mentorship program where they were supposed to pair us with a partner mentor who is also person of color, but I still haven't heard back.

Which firm is best for diversity and inclusion? All I see is white males around me and wondering if there's better representation at other firms.
