I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Travel during H1B visa transfer. I'm switching jobs and I want to go to India before I start my new job. Wondering if H1B visa transfer can cause any pain because I'm out of country. Am I likely to need a new stamp?
